Middle child/oldest daughter in a family of 5 children.
As mandated by the tradition of the oldest of the oldest
daughter that hails back 5 generations, I had to be
named Elizabeth or use some derivative of Elizabeth in my
name. My mom chose Elisa Beth, but everyone calls me
Lisa. This tradition is wrapped around an antique
rocking chair that was built in the late 1800's). It
only supports about 8o pounds of weight!
I am Arizonan through and through. My great grandparents
settled in Arizona in early1900's. The Church I grew up
in was the home to the first wave of settlers in
Glendale, AZ in 1892, so of course I grew up in
Glendale. My Sunday School Teacher was my school
principal at Unit IV Elementary. I am an alumni of
Apollo High School and Arizona State University.
I come from a large extended family that always had room for one more. We do not always agree on politics, movie choices or what to serve at the end of the summer picnic in the mountains, but at the end of the day, we are all family. Family is not about bloodlines, but about laughing together, mourning together and being there for each other when someone is in need. This same sense of responsibility, tolerance and family is what I try to bring to my clients.
When first licensed, I worked with well seasoned,
knowledgeable, and ethical agents that encouraged me to
get all the education, certifications and training I
could obtain, because with knowledge comes real value to
your clients. It was the best advice I could have received.
All Agents have the fiduciary duties of loyalty,
obedience, disclosure, confidentiality and accounting in
dealings with clients. It is important to me to provide
clients with the knowledge they need to make good
decisions. It is my responsibility to listen well; explain
their choices and to walk them through the buying or
selling experience with clear and manageable steps, so
they are not overwhelmed.
